The Association -
Can use the Availability tool on the group's site at no charge
As an additional benefit we will also host the Association's availability page on the www.Find-a-Room-at-the-Inn.com site.
The Association's members -
Can use the Lite version of the Availability tool for an initial 60 days at no charge. The Lite version is not room specific (only indicates which B&B's have any rooms available by date). - After the 60 day free trial period if the members want to continue using this on the Association Web Site the cost is only $ 55 per participating member (Annual).
What does the Association and your members have to do to get started?
All the Association needs to do is to add an Availability link to the Association Website - Contact us and we will send instructions to your webmaster
Your member Innkeepers need to contact us and make a few decisions
  1. Select a password to use - hint - make it an easy one to remember
  2. Decide if they want to use the Lite version or Plus version
    • Lite - for use Only on the Association Site
    • Plus - can be used on both the Association Site and on the Innkeepers Website also
      Yes, the Plus version does cost a little more - however, each Innkeeper can use it during the trial period at no additional cost. If you want to continue using it after that we will invoice them for an additional $ 25 per annum.
  3. Decide on the how long an availability Calendar you want to maintain - One month to 6 months
    Room Availability is displayed in 3 week time-frames. The system has a flexible and expandable calendar feature. Each Innkeeper can decide to set their Availability Calendar for any time period from 4 weeks to 6 months in 3 week time segments - 4 weeks, 7 weeks, 10 weeks, 13 weeks, 16 weeks, etc, etc. You can change this whenever you want.
  4. Finally - the participating members need to start to Update their Availability [for Instructions on how to do this]
